monty1991 Posted August 25, 2013 Posted August 25, 2013 my car keeps filling the over flow bottle for the radiator. i'm using a cj performance civic rad and low temp thermostat.. i was told the rad cap wasn't good enough to hold the pressure thats why shes filling the bottle.. just wondering what cap you guys use? does a trd one fit a civic rad or do i needa get the likes of a mugen one? any help would be great guys? shes not over heating or anything. Nanglebadger Posted August 26, 2013 Posted August 26, 2013 Hi Monty, I was using an HKS one on my civic rad and I found it created too much pressure and was filling the overflow bottle, so i resorted back to the standard one that comes with it and that fixed it straight away. Phil. Quote
