Polly bushed rear mount?

Bought a powerflex polly bush mount for the rear gear box/engine mount.. Well all fitted without no problems but now I have a bad vibration through the whole car?

Anyone else ever experienced this problem or no any solutions? My drivers side engine mount is also polly bushed but was done before.

This is expected. You've effectively made the bush solid. The idea behind the rubber bush was to dampen any vibrations at the expense of engine movement. Nothing you can do i'm afraid other than swap for an OEM bush. Don't know how much difference an engine damper would make though.

mines the same mate, nowt u can do, i did read about some people making there own mounts by using poly fill stuff and if it was too stiff they drilled some holes in it. maybe something you could do to that mount if it really annoys you that much?

Might be worth checking to see if you can get the bush in a different shore rating.

The TRD engine mounts are meant to be the best to get

Ahhh bum!! Ill stick with it for a little bit and see how i get on! You never know it may soften up a little bit
