It could be a 5-fhe, mine came with that intake an heat shield. Check the engine number on the block, right hand side, just below the head.

It's not a P9 so either a Corolla or a JDM P8.

I have confirmed, its a 1st gen jdm 5efe engine distributor type with 100hp stock. :-)
