whenever i start my car, fan comes on, it never used to do this when i had my old stock rad, now im using a half rad but still the same plug so whats changed?

where abouts actually is the fan switch? never really looked at it, and Jay the aircon was removed years ago before I have the car, its only since I swapped the rads over that its constantly on

isn't the green plug coolant temp sensor on the thermostat housing?

thats on the water housing.. the fan switch/sensor in on the thermostat housing.. the CTS has either 2 or 3 pins depending on the year/loom...

its a '92 ep82

its the one i linked to you mate..

also may be worth checking to see if the connector for the A/C is still bridged... this would of been done when the A/C was removed.. link below shows this connector.. its located under or in front of the main fuse box in the engine bay.. it could of came loose when you were installing the new rad

p.s. this only has to be done on GT turbos, not glanzas.. if this isnt bridged like below on GT's, the rad fan will run constant..
