Not sure if its just me or actually a problem. As soon as i get to 5krpm the car feels like its run out of puff and slows down, up to that point its quick and builds boost fast.

I have a glanza with:

>CT9 turbo running 0.7bar HKS adjustable actuator

>Standard mani

>decat

>jpreformance 2.5 stainless catback system

>ARC topmount

>Dumpvalve blanking plate

Should also mention after fitting the decat there was a slight leak from the lambda. The problem seems to have started since fitting the decat.

i'm leaning towards the turbo being on its last legs, and is more obvious now the whole system is free flowing. Do sometimes get a slight wiff of what smells like oil when boosting high.

check for boost leaks.

on my old hybrid, the seal on the cold side housing had gone and i was loosing pressure through it.

the day after i decided to start getting the parts to rebuild it, i blew up the engine :( haha

still have an issue with this I think. Not sure if its just going as fast as it can or there's something restrictive/slightly wrong. The car feels perfectly healthy. Had a play with with my mate in his 217bhp golf estate and had the edge to start then power seemed to drop off? He said the exhaust note didn't 'match' the revs, speed and the building boost in the turbo. This made me think it could be the restrictive standard manifold? Also know I have a slight boost leak that is apparent at 0.7bar boost from the noise, but still holds boost fine

Yeh holds the boost fine, recently ported the wastegate. Have also had a few problems with the ignition system, but now have new plugs, ht leads and a brand new ignition coil to fit
