Covering material on door cards

Going to cover my ugly material on my n/a door cards tommorow with some black suede, tips and instructions needed, thanks

why not fit 96 or 98 spec door cards do the electric window conversion aswell ive done it on my N/A starlet

use some clothes clips to keep the material tight when u bend it over the door card

ok thanks I'm gunna use some spray glue aswell , the only part I'm stuck on is were the material is stuck on to the plastic on the door card, il get some pics up in a min

if I just cut material to shape and stick it on over time it will peel back as the material looks like its been pressed on the plastic

Just cover that part aswell. If u ise spray glue, hold the can about 18 inches away to keep it dry. If u spray too close it will go on wet and come theough the material. Buy the glue from a carpet place, the pound shop and b&q stuff is pish

Ok thanks , I just seen a thread on here were they used black fabric spray so might see if I can buy some of that from somewhere tommorow

When a done mine a wrapped the full door card and just bought accustic carpet

done that too. straight swap. interior already feels more 'habitable'

but you'll have to replace all plastic panels to match the dark gray of the glanza

Have you any tips for doing that Flynn? What way did you do the edge closest to the hinges?
