Zeldoz
Basically wiring in my HIDs (I'm a lover, I know other people feel VERY strongly against them.)Obvious choice is battery, but I doubt that's a sensible solution. Was thinking somewhere from the fuse box. I'm happy to cut off the end and change the connector if it's safer?Just want to know the best place without making a £3000 rolling fire hazard!See pic! T-dog
I would just put it on the positive battery terminal and put a inline fuse in just incase
mikey4410
Do what I text u and use and inline fuse also if the new hids dont have already
Zeldoz
The wire on connection is fused about 20cm down. It goes to a fuse box and out again. 2 mins I'll upload a picture!
Zeldoz
Straight into battery then?
Zeldoz
It's on battery, I gave up waiting and didn't have a multimeter to check for power on and when off ok the fuses.I'll redo it Thursday evening. Hopefully as the lights are power off the switch I'm the car it won't drain the battery....
