TD04 Kit Help

I have a Tuning Developments TD04 Hybrid kit and i need to know a few things that im getting stuck with.

1. Where does the brace fit/attach to and what bolts do you use

2. What Banjo bolt do i need to fit the braided feed?

3. I have a Tial MVS Wastegate and am unsure of where the vac fittings need to go on the wastegate and which ones to block off?

Any help would be appreciated

Decat braces normally bolt to the gearbox where it meets the block, theres two holes, one above another.

The standard banjo bolt off the oil filter housing and the standard one off the TD04

For 3, are you running an EBC or not ?

You can get the banjo bolts off any trader on here, i got them recently with lines from Zisco.

There should be a diagram for the EWG & EBC vac lines floating around the tech section somewhere.

Ive had a quick search but not really found anything so been scanning people build threads but alot of people arnt running the MVS wastegate

Ahh how does the MVS differ ? Maybe Mike@TD could tell you how it plumbs up ?

on other wastegates i have seen there is only 2 fittings which are for the vac lines but on the MVS there are coolant lines which need to be blocked off and 3 air ports

Two ports are for water cooled don't need to block them off as for the vac ports there are two next to each other on the side use them and block the others I can post a pic of mine wen I get home if ya want

That helps alot cheers guys, just needed to see which ports to use on my wastegate.

Ok cheers mike, i havent got a banjo bolt and i didnt have a oil return pipe that mounts at the bottom of the TD04 But i have ordered them both now cheers bud!
