Rear tow hook with optional rear splitter will it fit?

Hi got a rear tow hook to fit on my v but it doesn't seem to fit because of the rear splitter is there any type of tow hook out there that works with the spitter?

I would guess you would need to make a custom bracket for the toe hook to bolt onto bud
