random button lol

i didnt ask when i bought the car but what is the button under the steering wheel for its a sqare indented area with a circular button which has a red light on it if i turn it on lol or not if off. its bugging me because i dont know any one with a car like this and my mates think its funny because they ask what it is and im like ummmmmm ohhh yerrrr. fuck knows. they think its gonna spit fire out the exhaust.

Its probably for the rear foglight if it looks like an aftermarket switch. I've got a huge blue one that looks like it'll be for the rocket launchers.

it's the 'Hello Button', if you leave it on then the people following will flash you and do the special no finger wave

im not noticing any change in brightness when i press the magical button

It'll be for the foglight but the light itself may have been removed by the previous owner as some don't like the red light dangling below the bumper.

I have exactly same button in my car and when i picked it up i noticed it was on and didnt wana switch it off incase it was the alarm or something as i had no clue. It was ok until it got dark and i switched my lights on then people were flashing and waving the 1 finger at me lol. Worked it out when i got home! Def rear foglight switch!!
