ShafzC
When I was 19 I was insuring a MK4 Golf 1.6 SE in London (1yrs NCB) for £834 for 10 months, then a month after starting this policy I got my old GT and insured it as a GT for £220 extra so ~£1054 for 9 months or so on a GT. This was at 19, Me as main driver and both parents on policy as named, 1 years 9 months license and 1 years no claims bonus, in an F rated postcode in London. When I changed from my GT to my 325i with 2 months remaining on the policy, I got charged an additional £150. so I'd think a GT would have been around £1300 a year for me at 19 anyway.
