Hello my name is Daniel,

i come from germany and i curretly build my Beast:

The Black Beauty

i use the 5e Engine and i boost it with an eato m65 Supercharger an a td05 20G Turbo

But now i have a problem. Its a forged 5e engine with 4efte 8.5:1 forged Pistons and 5e forged con rods.

i want a cop ratio from 8.2:1 to maximum 8.5:1

Witch thickness of the headgasket i have do install?

Hey, TripleX or Daniel is one of my Friends
we have 100 Octane aviable.
i want to go for a GT28RS Turbo on my 5efte. Same pistons as he has.

we want to know how Thick the Head Gasket has to be. Can u help us please?

With that fuel and a good ecu I would choose 0.6mm, but depends what your valve to piston clearence is. Other than that anything upto 1.2mm will do the job fine :)

His car is not allowed go get driven on Road..... He is only tuning his Car since Years!!

i know that he is going to upgrade breaks until the Engine is running:!!

Hi at this weekend i have started the enging first time, but without supercharger or turbocharger.



It sounds good with the HKS Silent Power with 89mm Exhaust Pipe.

After a long time, i want to show you my progress.

The engine runs great. I have construct the intake an the boost system.

The change-over flap between the supercharger and the turbo is an throttle body fro an Audi A8 3,2 FSI


the complete straight pipe 3,5" exhaust is finisched under the car.

All radiators are in.


I hope i can start the engine with boost first time at this weekend.
