Gainzy
Will be going one of these in the future hopefully, is the EMU worth that extra cash I really can't see the difference as they both do the same job. People are also running FPR with these why? I thought the map does all of the fuel pressure, timing precision for you...
Azz
The emu has a far more advanced fuel control with more settings available. You need an fpr for any ecu as you can adjust a manual fuel delivery electrically, your fpr goes in between your fuel tank and fuel rail which is the only way to adjust fuel pressure
Gainzy
Ahh I see I thought the ecu did it all with the map it's the whole get what you pay for thing, thanks for clearing that up
triple j
U don't need to run a fpr with any management, it's up to u but it doesn't need it I use the stock one with emb.
Gainzy
I just don't want to spend money if you don't need one

Azz
Stock one will do but you still need one lol
Phil
Stock one will do but you still need one lol haha i thought that might have been what you meant! Phil
Gainzy
Thanks lads
AdamB
Ecu adjusts the opening time of the injectors not the pressure. If you was going for an emu I would say save your money and get a standalone.
seab
EMU has 2step/launch control its worth it for that alone!!! lol.Chris14a has it on his car (not sure if he plays with it, but I set it up)
BIGGFOOT
I've just bought an emb brand new in the box wondering how to fit it? Anybody got a good guide or know of how to make it p&p?
Arnold
It's not plug and play, it's a piggyback ECU. Fusion Motorsport did mine and Ed knows his stuff when it comes to them
richardc9052
Look into the AEM FIC as a piggback as well, very good setup.
