So the engine isn't far from being completed. Should be done this week..head is on. Just had to wait for a main crank seal retainer from Toyota.

Yeah trust me I have dealt with too many Cold days outside with this car..cheers for the offer man il let you know..need to start stripping the old motor down too to swap all the bits over.

So this evening I started stripping down the old motor, removed the hybrid turbo kit. Going to crack on tomorrow.

Also put my speed hunters window banner on

So I have pretty much stripped all of the engine to swap the bits over while the engine is on the stand. Also disconnected the loom and drained the fluids ready for when the engine comes out.

Ain't done much this last couple of weeks. relationship breakups and all that...sort of lost interest..but I'm trying to get motivated to finish the fucking thing.

In the meantime picked up one of these to make me feel better.

Innovate wideband and boost controller in one unit. Got it second hand never used at a good price. Also received my snap off boss from jdm-ep so that all needs to go on...hopefully Gona try and motivate myself to do the engine swap in a few weeks.

There so much better than the AEMs mate, only problem is you have to calibrate them quite often

I liked the sound of boost cut v target AFR etc so some nice failsafe protection too

Fitted my nardi wheel with snap off boss, put the recaros back in. Hopefully getting the car recovered tonight to my mates premises to get this swap done.
