Kier Posted March 29, 2014 Share Posted March 29, 2014 Sorry if this is the wrong forum!I fitted my new ct9 hybrid today and a different manifold. Obviously new coolant and oil.Now, I've been taking it out on small test drives so I can adjust the boost back up to .9 bar. I've been out in it twice and the temperature gauge by the speedo does not seem to be working. The coolant is heating up but the gauge doesn't seem to want to play. After 10 minutes or so, It would usually be showing as up to temperature. Why would this have happened after changing the turbo? Could I have knocked a sensor somewhere? Where is the temp sensor? Is it possible that because it is running at less than .5 bar, it is just taking a lot longer to get up to a recognisable temperature?Any help appreciated Quote Link to post Share on other sites
