5e colin Posted May 2, 2014 Share Posted May 2, 2014 wel use a center punch and do that then a 2.5mm drill and gently drill your pilot hole 10mm deep then a 4mm drill then use a lefthanded threadedbolt remover or wa ever ya cal them :) just take your time otherwise you will nead a helicoil !!!!! I thought I snapped my timing belt but it was just the tensioner bolt (luckily!). I'm not sure exactly what it is the mechanic is doing but he's been snapping drill bits trying to do it lol.
