Markgtni
can anyone help with tyre numbers as when I was getting ready for m.o.t I just went for part worn tyres wich ended up a lot thinner tyre than what was on it before hardly any traction atall, themetal thread has started coming through now and need decent broad tyres but apparently the tyre place need numbers before they can order them in for me :/
Bluebear
I use 55 profile tyres on my 14"s mate, seems fine! What width are your wheels? For a 7J wheel, people generally use 195 wide tyres, and for a 6J, 185 will probably be your best bet. Edited June 25, 2014 by Bluebear

monssie477
185 55 14 are what standard alloys had. You could get the crack welded and use it as a rear. Plenty of companies out there who repair alloys .just do a bit of research into feedback and reviews ..
