mintex brake disc not fitting????

wanted why the mintex brake disc not fitting any help greatly appreciated

Are the discs slightly larger in diameter than the old ones ? I had this ages ago putting GT discs on my 85 and had to get GT caliper carriers.

Seconded - those discs are too big for the carriers....

shit bought has a 4efe brake disc of ebay,thought gt & na was the same,gt carries will be too expensive for postage whats other option im left with

1.remove about 5 mm on the carriers for them to fit(only hitting the top part)

2.go to the machine shop & have them remove the excess to be same size has the original thnks

Return them and get the right ones? Far cheaper than anything else - don't take 5mm off the carriers for sure!!!

had some free time so wanted to tackle the fitment issue,so decided to try to fit it the my project car,this time the mintex disc did fit the corsa hub but didnt fit the brake carriers strange???,then my third option was to try the gt4 calipers over the mintex,thnk god that one fitted or else i will have been sent to psychatric ward,then tested the gt4 brakes over the 256mm disc it fitted too please with that one,nxt step source some cheap ae90 hub calipers see if the ep82 soliel brakes can be uprated
