Temperature is steady till I boot it then it rises to 90 % pulled over to find a slight leak from a hose not clipped properly. Fixed that drove off. Booted it and it rose again and no fan... rads a half civic rad with small fan to suit. .. any ideas Quote Link to post Share on other sites

5e colin Posted November 28, 2014 Share Posted November 28, 2014 switsh on thermostat unplug it to see if it kicks in if it doos then its faulty sensor if it dont its relay also put power to the rad plug it might be dead ( somethimes ) Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Ran car up fan didn't cut in temp got to the thick grey bar below H on gauge so I turned her off... waited 10 seconds restarted and the fan was on for 10 seconds then went off ??
