what way have people cut there 96 spec glanza front bumper for a front mount intercooler? picture would be great if possible!

all depends how want it to look buddy when i had my 96 spec i just cut a small amount off the back of the bumper to keep the oem look.

or you can go exyreme and cut from as far as spotlight to spotlight

nice subtle but effective os probably move reg plate off to the side and be careful and cut out plastic where reg plate was nice and tidy imo

I have done just that and tomorrow I will have a go at it :) I'll take before and after photos so everyone here can laugh at how shit I am at any sort of neat or precise practical work -.- wish me luck

Don't go mad first off, I used a junior hacksaw to take the main area away then just take a few mm at a time with a dremel and keep offering it up to the intercooler and pipes untill there is a small even gap around the whole unit.

All depends on what size intercooler and what angle the pipes are to get the best fit to the bumper.

I don't actually need to cut anything off, the intercooler fits fine with the bumper as is, I just want to take off the plastic Behind the number plate, then relocate plate to the near side, seems silly have a nice FMIC if it's covered up by the number plate lol
