So I gave it one full turn and took it out and it is hitting about 12psi but in 3rd at about 5k revs it drops to about 9psi briefly then back up to 12, any idea why that might be? Otherwise very pleased with how it goes now

Are you paying monthly? because Adrian flux are famous for this, they don't have their own credit facilities so they get another lender to underwrite their policies in full, so in essence you enter a loan agreement with a third party. they'll make you payback the loan in full as they purchased an entire years insurance on your behalf, minus any refund due, sounds ridiculous I know...
