gt rad fan on constantly

The gt fan comes on as soon as ignition is turned I've tried to bridge several plugs but no difference, has any one got a picture of plug needed to bridge if not will have to put it on a switch

It's on passenger side mate half way between headlamp and battery on the aircon pipe work it's stays on if you remove aircon

Big black plug if so did not do nothing, I've removed everything air con related apart from plugs on loom, when 1st done it was fine then after second start up it stuck on

look up the aircon removal guide on wiki, it tells you which plug to bridge and that should sort your problem but it could also be your fan switch/fan switch wire and last of all a bad earth, good luck dude
