Mine went on my glanza yesterday, was horrendous! I'm going to have to take off the bottom pulley and timing cover because i think the bung may be floating around down there somewhere which is not good Quote

morgey Posted January 21, 2015 Posted January 21, 2015 Do you not have to put any sealant on with the end caps?On my 20v you put a bit of sealant on the underside of the cap faces so that it squeezes out the inside, agaisnts said seal, and outside onto the camcover seal area so when you put the cam cover back on it also seals the very corner of that Stopping any leaking from that. Thats for all external caps on the 4age, so 2 cam ones and dizzy. that comes straight from the Toyota factory service manual. Quote
