10 min job, take rocker cover off then undo the two 10mm bolts and lift off the carrier replace seal then put back together, also you will have to re torque the two 10mm bolts.

Awesome! Mine went on my glanza yesterday, was horrendous!

I'm going to have to take off the bottom pulley and timing cover because i think the bung may be floating around down there somewhere which is not good :(

i replaced mine couple days ago easy fix, id say you had some cleaning to do.

Any idea of the torque settings for the two bolts by any chance?

re torque the 10mm bolts to 9ftlb ash.

Do you not have to put any sealant on with the end caps?

On my 20v you put a bit of sealant on the underside of the cap faces so that it squeezes out the inside, agaisnts said seal, and outside onto the camcover seal area so when you put the cam cover back on it also seals the very corner of that Stopping any leaking from that.

Thats for all external caps on the 4age, so 2 cam ones and dizzy. that comes straight from the Toyota factory service manual.
