I am going to forge my engine should I replace my valves springs valve guides and stems? Anything else I shoukd be replacing seals or anything else also wheres best to buy valves valve guides and stems from?

You should change the stem seals but unless you're gouing for big power i would leave everything else to do with the valves.

You should be changing everything on the engine if you're going forged really, like every gasket and seal and all bearings. Not to mention getting the bores honed, block decked and head skimmed (or at least get a machine shop to check them). New oil and water pump, timing kit etc.

Most of all i'd get the crank polished, and reground if needed.

No point in cutting corners on a forged build.

Standard springs are fine upto and around 7.5k. If you wanna go pushing the rev limit then think about changing them. I believe you can order Cruise springs from RHD still or zisco used to supply them at one point.

How do I get in touch with zisco? Would anything need to be done for these springs to fit or is it a straight swap and these springs are just stiffer,

I'd at least have the guides checked they may well be out of tolerance. Stem seals deffo replace, and the springs are worth replacing but not essential, if your going to raise the rev limit then some stiffer springs are preferable, if not OEM Toyota springs will do fine.
