Ryan5793
just checking to what could be my issue before i actually change anything lol so if i start the car on a frosty cold morning its fine but as soon as its warmed up and i come back to start it again if i dont touch the throttle the revs drop lower and lower before eventually cutting out. if i keep them up however and drive off its fine again but it never really idles at the same rpm.I've replaced the tps already due to a hunting and judder issue recently so im thinking now it could only be pointing to the idle control valve? correct? I've only used the car daily for the past week so never really noticed it before.cheers
Stu
Usually the idle up under the throttle body is the culprit. Pull it off, clean it all out and try again.
GP82
I would also check the coolant temperature sensor for the ecu. You can check change in resistance of it with a multimeter with the sensor placed in cold water and gradually bring it's temperature up.
