Its a sprint race which entails a 400metre swim, 18 mile bike ride, and 5k run. So speed is key! lol but beyond all the training and time chasing its all for fun and more importantly charity. i have donated to Johns bike race and he doesent mind me putting this here too. if you could spare even a pound of your hard earned it would be massively appreciated.
