I need help with a problem, just wired up a new slimline fan for my alloy half rad seeing as the previous owner took it off (god knows) and when i switch the ignition on the fan starts up. what could be the problem? sensor? fan relay? or just a dodgy connection somewhere? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Quote
Ep82gi Posted July 7, 2015 Posted July 7, 2015 Fan switch faulty (sensor in thermostat housing) or disconnected from the plug I.e not plugged in or broken wire. Hope that helps Quote
daniel_g Posted July 7, 2015 Posted July 7, 2015 If its a GT the sensor for the aircon has to be plugged in just behind the OS headlight or the radiator fan will run with ignition. Quote
