Crank case breathers

im sure this has been covered before but u cant find a solid answer, on a 4EFE engine, would putting a small breather filter on the corner of the block do any harm or good or make no difference?? loads of honda stuff on the web but cant find anything i want to relate to a starlet

just weld an extra fittings to rocker cover it will be cheaper then making a block vent

thats the bit i was talking about, the little breather on the corner? i have a similar airbox to the one in the picture and wondered if im better doing a similar set up or keeping the hose that connects into the pipe between the airbox and throttle body?

thats not a block vent kid thats rocker cover vent

i thought you ment block itselve because ours dont have 1 in the ( main ) block

thats is perfectly ok to have a vent there but if it starts spitting oil out you will need to get a catch tank

also in trafic you might get the od wif of old oil in the cabin

ah sorry colin im still learning my way around it awesome, just thought id check to see what would happen incase there was something else i needed to do!
