dan106 Posted December 11, 2015 Share Posted December 11, 2015 My gt has started crunching into gear, but only when I'm changing quickly when driving hard, or if I change from 3rd straight to 5th without pausing in neutral.The clutch does have a bit of release bearing rattle and the gear change is very choppy but under normal driving it's fine. The rattle does take a second to go away after you've pressed the clutch down.My plan is to bleed the clutch,change the box oil and I've got some of those bearings to replace the linkage bushes.You guys reckon this will solve my issues? Or has anyone had the same issues and know what it is?Car isn't a daily atm, been working on the daily too much and neglecting the gt Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Dean_mc88 Posted December 11, 2015 Share Posted December 11, 2015 Mine used to do this until the box was warm, I never found the issue out just made sure the gearbox was nice and warm before any hard driving. I was told to put a thicker oil in but that surly just masks the issue, could be synchros ? Quote Link to post Share on other sites
