morgey
Theres a circlip down the bottom of the piston cavity that needs removing to get them bits out. once that stuffs out the arm/rod that comes in from the outside where the handbrake lever is should come out. Johnboy GT
Get a decent set of circlip pliers for putting it back together. The set I have, have quite worn tips and it proved a bloody nightmare assembling it again!John
aleximport25
i just heard a few stories of them being a nightmare so I got a manual to help but doesn't haha. Looks like I'm off out to get some circlip pliers 😂
aleximport25
So I've got the circlip out along with the threaded part but can't get the rest out ?
Johnboy GT
The part where the handbrake cable goes on, if you take off the 'U' off and pull out the piston part you will get the rest out.John
