80amp alt fuse keeps blowing?

I have a starlet ep82. Basically it had a flat battery so I got my mate to put jump leads on, it wasn't charging so I told him to make sure they were on properly, 20minutes later it starts but then it started running lumpy n wipers were goin mad on there own and the cat warning light came on and battery light!

I've got a new battery n fuse and it ran fine for 5minutes n pop it had gone again. It's also blowing 15amp wiper fuse hence the wipers going mad? Any ideas what the problem could be?

Yeah that's what I was thinking but now my wipers won't stop at all. Fuse has been changed
