Was thinking of making up an adapter plate to bolt the standard cat to td04 manifold but it'll be gasketless then and won't be a good seal? Would it be worth the hassle getting it bolted on or should I just throw standard stuff back on for test? Dreading the thoughts of testing it so much Quote Link to post Share on other sites

5e colin Posted January 10, 2016 Share Posted January 10, 2016 (edited) i did this it passed emissions test ere in ireland at the nct so it works no aftermarket beats the stock cat !!! so you get the idea you can do this with toyosports / speedvision manifolds to , you will have to use the 2 gaskets mate for the cat adaptor plate tdo4 and ct9 i used exhaust paste on them to dont mind the rattling sound it was the topmount bracket being loose and vibrating >https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dSECd44R78k Edited January 10, 2016 by 5e colin Quote Link to post Share on other sites
