adzy Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 So I picked up another n/a last wee so I can keep the glanza of the road in the snow/ice and also park it up to do work to it as it was my daily and I couldn't really take any more than a day to work at it before I needed back in the road againIt's a bog standard sportif, and it's been owned by a Toyota mechanic since it was 6 months old, so all genuine parts have been used and it's been well looked after.Paint work is in good condition with just a few minor marks and a light key mark which doesn't seem to deep so I'm hoping will polish out a bit when I get round to it.I had intended to keep it totally standard as its only a runabout, but greenlight like modifications ????Picked up my old Remus back box from my blue n/aAnd a set of 35mm springsThe backbox will be going on at some point, not in a rush and it needs a hanger welded and pipe too.How it sits nowAlso got some wind deflectors for cheapAnd have got these alloys to go on now tooThanks all for now!Prob should update my glanza thread now too Quote
Westley Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 Oh my! Is the bodywork as clean as the pictures make it out to be! Looks good Quote
adzy Posted January 16, 2016 Author Posted January 16, 2016 Cheers lads!Yeh body work and paint is really good, like I said there's a light key mark up one side but it's not the worst and a few scuffs in the front bumper and that's about it. Really washes up well, I haven't even polished or waxed it Quote
Westley Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 Nice! Just needs a set of alloys and it'll look smart Quote

Westley Posted January 18, 2016 Posted January 18, 2016 That's more like it! The width difference between the steelies and speed lines on mine is incredible! It makes the 13's look Dangerous Quote

I had some civic slow down to gawp at an accident Infront of me when I had the donuts on and I locked up all 4 wheels at about 50 mph 😅Car looks good tho adzy. They remind me of r34gtr wheels a bit Edited January 19, 2016 by NewbieLewby Quote
adzy Posted January 19, 2016 Author Posted January 19, 2016 Haha yeh there wasn't much grip or confidence in the wet with the steelies lol Mine had basically new tyres too. I guess 145/80 r13 isn't the ideal size haha Quote
