Where to find paint code

hi misses scuffed her bumper and body today tut tut!

Where would i look for a paint code on the starlet ep91 ? On most cars in the door way or vin but had no luck ?

It should list it on the VIN plate, it will say C/TRIM or COL or another reference and then a 3 digit code

What colour is it?

Vin plate in the engine bay, think it should be in the bottom right of the plate, should be a code

Example "040" "1ao"

The plate in the engine bay, first three letters on my '97 EP91 it starts with 6P2***********

There's a thread in the wiki section on here with pics of all colours and their corresponding paint code

040 is white

1A0 is silver

205 is metallic black

3E5 is red

etc...
