gorganl2000
any chance the wastegate flap on the turbine housing is "catching" on to the downpipe of the new set up? when it's boosting low, maybe check to see if the actuator is stuck "open" its a weird situation you metioned...is there any kind of electronic/manual boost controller involved which maybe acting up? 5e colin
no just strait actuator feed from nipple on the turbo will check for a stiff / stuck penny tomorow could blocked back box be the problem for not boosting fully ??? exhaust is pretty silent ?? neilsmith
Do you have a dump valve Colin? Maybe sticking open not allowing boost to fully build up?

neilsmith
I'm not trying to insult your intelligence but have you checked all vacume hoses, also a boost leak from intercooler pipes?Actuators not sticking open slightly?
