fibreglas bonding to bumper plastic tips and tricks

lads i need to fill a 5" hole in the bumper im sick of looking at it something needs fixing 

can yous give me some tips on bonding it without it peeling off

is it a GT bumper Colin or N/A? The N/A are a pain to work on, shit plastic material

Not sure about the temperature over there but maybe best to let it cure inside?

Did that 20 min after I took pic feck me the whole house stank like fibreglass the missis was not happy ha ha  turned out OK ish needs some Sandi g and filler on the outside not bad for first time . better application tools would be handy like minni roller and bigger brush

A light keying with rough paper will help also a small drill bit through so they’re ar a few holes so some of the resin runs through can also help it grab. At that size I would have been tempted to mesh it to. Or just build a few layers of glass up.
