How do u know if your fcd is working I currently put new setup on my starlet Td04 Fuel pressure reg And fuel cut Set at 1.0 How do ou know if it supports the fcd

Alright peeps just took my exhaust off today to wrap it and found welded plates in each section with numbers and Japanese weighting ? Any one help me with a link I have seen these links before just carnt find Help much appreciated

I had my head gasket and valve stem seals and valve springs shims cams done port polish all replaced I had my piston rings checked all good :/ About 1k ago I brought a new hybrid turbo about 3k miles ago could it be the seals ????
