Yes mate still running standard ecu but it been mapped so that the standard ecu can run at 0.9 It not long ago started to boost creep so must of be recent the crack Do u know what they go for wanting to sell it It a hybrid ct9 with better internals ?? No oil or water pipes tho ?? How much u recon I could get for it ?

Eli peep just found out that my standard actuator and ex has been mapped to 0.9 bar so when I put a hks acutator STRAGHT away gose over 1 bar no adjustment because ecu has been mapped to standard actuator Plus there is a crack in the inside of my turbo housing commin fault the flap part Anyone know what u can fetch the ct9 hybrid just better internals for ???? Want to sell it as I brought a speed vision ct9 hybrid

I got it meshed and it a hybrid ct9 I don't understand on the pic it says to put a tee peace on the turbo and acutator and run it to the Solinod but the othe pipe on the solinod ran to the nip on the old intake but I have intercooler and isn't there so were or what diagram dose it run to ?????!

  10. Nope it defo loosen it I'm not sure on the hosing fitment how do u do it if u have a front mount ? It's no we're near the mm maerurments for 0,5 lol I dunno what's wrong ?
  11. I got a hks actuator and just put a piped from my turbo to the actuator and when I try to adjust the boost on the actuator it dosnt work satays in same boost ??????? Fuel cut every time

  13. Just found out I need to bypass it I have a hose from turbo to actuator that it I have a FMIC so I don't know how to bypass it Actuator - turbo - tee pease to the soliniod then the other one gose too ???? Need a clear pic on the solinod????

Hello people I have a hybrid turbo and was running stick actuator and was oki onto 0.9 I had 2 pipes running off This one from turbo and another to a pipe The hks has one from turbo to the actuator but trying to adjust and won't ?? :/ It's loose with the turbo were u put the bolt though And still gose over 1.4 bare need help anyone ?????????
  15. just seen this post mine is very similer I have Massive costem intercooler 3inch custom exhaust Ct9 2nd generation hybrid turbo Decat Upgraded fuel pump And recently fitted hi flow mani (hoops verion) Standard ecu butsoon to be jam ecu Currently set up 0.9 but loooses boost goiin up rev range to 0.6 I also have ordered a hks actuator to see if it holds boost. If it dose gonna set it to 0.7 happy days
  16. I thought u were supost to post thoughts give opinions and suggestions not slate posts So what do u suggest Save up an buy engine manegment FPR Hks actuator And get it set up Witch as my intention in the first place I was just gonna get the fcd to see if it solved ???

How cum you think it won't fuel properly ???? :/ It's currently set up on a dyno with 0.9 on this hybrid ct9 and seems fine runs a tiny bit lean now but hasn't been a problem at all All I'm doin now is fitting new actuator see if it holds 0.9 all the way though the revs range like it should then if yes Would like a FCD abd set up on 1.0 or 1.1 then get that reset up on a dyno with fuel pressure reg Wil it run oki after this ?

So mate yer I brought a hks actuator and I'm ALREDY hittin fuel cut if I boost from low revs at low speed 5th 50 mph full boot it will run me up to about 70 then hit fuel cut so I have to boost it slowly or drop the box Yep gonna fit this actuator then see how it gose then if gose well get FCd then run 1.0 then reset on dyno as it ALREDY been dyno reading 192.5 Chers mate

Standard mani has restrictor in and new many hi flow and with new mani a lot more pressure so it's hard for the actuator to hold boost so it slowly gives up when an updated / hks actuator heavy duty it has a tougher spring and build quality and is made to hold the. Pressure given of the boost We're as the old actuator carnt cope

  21. Yep sometimes over 0.9 to 1.0 I used id workz gaskets and all new my be the actuator being stock carnt hold the pressure of the new flow mani ???? I brought a hks actuator last night and trying to find a fcd for ep91 Try this if that fails I'm stuck agin :/ Cheers tho

Hello peeps I have a starlet glanza v Currently running 181.5 bhp I have : Huge intercooler Hybrid turbo ct9 Standard manifold Decat Into 3" custom exhaust Willow upgraded feul pump Meshed turbo I was running 0.9 bar on this set up an it was fine boost all the way to 7k I recently fitted today A Highflow manifold ( hoops version) And now I boost to 0.9 but as I increase in rev range it lowers the boost slowly down to 0.6 ??????? Any suggestions ? Many thanks Dan
