Car as had many new parts in the 4 1/2 years I've had it including timing belt and water pump, new clutch, aux belts, rear wheel bearings, bottom ball joints, track rod ends, serviced every 6k and drives really well.

It will come on 14" steelies with new firestone tyres on.

Body isn't great it has car park dents, an off colour drivers door, some laquer peel and some scratches (it is 19 years old) but has no rust at all passed mot last week no problem, look at the project thread for more pics. Not updated this for a while, we finally got the car out at oulton park a few months back and had a great it went really well until we broke it 😬 well it is 🇫🇷 after all ! The sodding gear cables decided to give up so u couldn't find gears and the rear gearbox mount is shot. So other than that car is a good track toy, updates to follow soon as it needs fixing cause we wanna get out again 😀

Not updated for a while as it's been sat in my unit, have fixed the leaky cv boot and plan to mot this week so car is up for sale as I just don't have need for it anymore 😢 as the glanza is my new daily. I will put a post in the forsale section soon.

get a 13x6.5 plate for the rear recess though so it sits flush

managed to get hold of an oe rear strut bar courtesy of aamir (thanks bud). It looked a bit tired and the paint was faded a lot so I decided to stick it in the blast cabinet at work and repainted it, first pic is in bare metal second is in etch primer, will paint it satin black tomorrow. Also ordered net plastics as the old ones were scratched, part numbers on the back went in at Toyota so let's see if they arrive was £84 + vat for the lot.

As per title I'm after an oem rear place preferably in decent condition with plastics but anything considered, pm me price and pics please

All registered and now road legal . Not much hot air from the blower so need to flush the matrix out at some point but checked the air con as it smelt a bit, not much gas in the system and probably original pollen filters too yuk

couple from underneath getting ready for mot, just had new aux belts, new handbrake cables, bled brakes changed a leaky water pump and coolant change. Also noticed passenger side outer cv boot is leaking

Small update on this as progress has been slow, fitted a new set of tyres and changed the boot lid for an original will get photos soon

it's been a while since I updated this just been driving and enjoying it really. Added a few bits finally got tte spoiler painted and fitted, added starlet tte back box, fitted central locking and electric windows. Drivers door and front bumper still need painting though.

Same thing happened to me bud photos lied s bit on my glanza import the roof bonnet and wings had been baked in the sun, I also had trouble getting TDs abs removal kit to seal I ended up taking it all off and teightening up the lines in the t-sections off the car in a vice as I felt access wasn't great to teighten them up properly and it worked for me. Sorry for the novel and car looks a very solid base to begin with and a lot better and cheaper to import your own imo

I've got some wheels to go on it when I've refurbed them then probably some meisters and just enjoy it as it is for now 👍

Exterior looks like it just came out of the factory looks extremely tidy and was very cheap aswell happy days

Fitted rear decals and new Toyota gear gaitor bargain at £30 too smartened the interior up a couple of the optional extras it came with and one of the his hi power silent, also found it has a fet turbo timer hiding behind the dash bonus

The boss let us have his old cobra club mans out of his lotus élan as he's upgraded to light weight carbon fibre seats. We've ordered some new avo gtx coilovers and replaced drop links, roll bar bushes and track rod ends, I'll get some more pics with the coils fitted when there on
