So far we've added a toyosports decat, a scorpion cat back, a new ally rad and pipes, got standard rear lights, stuck on a piper x and ripped out most of the interior Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Our plans are to bin the interior, decent brakes all round decent tyre and coilovers and change the exhaust as its way too loud and swap the rear lights for standard units then we just want to get it on track to give it a shakedown Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Never known of a boss buying his lads a track car to thrash before top bloke, it's got a couple of niggles that need sorting with the suspension and brakes but it goes pretty well Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Ok so a bit of a story coming up, I work in an insurance approved body shop but mainly repair and restore race cars and porches. The owner and his son both race regularly so myself and a few others at work came up with the idea of chipping together to buy a car with a view to using it is a track car with our collective contributing financially and spending time on it with the end result of all the lads having a good thrash in it. Initially the plan was to buy a cheap Clio 172 that needed work but we needed funds so asked the boss if we could sell some spares we had, what a great team building idea he said, he let us have the spares to sell on the condition he could have a go ! Got myself some Yaris sr alloys with tyres off eBay cheap so started to refurb a couple of em as the speedlines will more than likely end up on the glanza Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Got some new handbrake shoes as I noticed the old ones were shot when I did the handbrake cables also got a new rad bargain for £38 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

finally got round to fitting the new intercooler cover, just waiting for the registration stuff to come back from the dvla so I can start driving it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Finally got my hands on a starlet tte Remus back box, it's a bit rough but will clean up will get some pics up when fitted so the Yaris tte back box will be up for sale very soon

i may hack to take u up on that let me know when they are available and price

I've got some sr speedlines to go on it maybe get some coilovers then probably leave it alone while I restore the sr I've just got. I've added a few bits already like a hks hi power silent a set of kv85s a new rad and some roose hoses, it's also had a new exedy clutch. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Finally got it all put back together and polished, it's been fully wet flatted and three coats of swissvax applied around 80 hrs spent polishing and detailing it. Also got new 1/4 badges, roof mouldings and front bumper badge from Toyota and some with the new boot decals on Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Got a list of mechanical jobs that need sorting first so gonna do these before I tackle the body. going to bin the k&n in favour of an original air box quick service along with new handbrake cables and rear wheel bearings Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yeah the whole back ends gotta go I'm afraid, it's got a few small dents and scratches that need sorting but on the whole it's not too bad

Finally it's fully painted I'm really happy how it's come out just need to build it and spend a silly amount of time flattening and polishing it. Not too bumpy to be honest and the car handles loads better would buy them again
