I started off with a K11 Micra at 18 then moved onto an EP82

then came a Rev1 GT Turbo T-Bar MR2, this had a flamethrower for an exhaust

The MR2 wasn't the best example ever so moved onto a GT4, this was a virtually standard car when I got it in December 2007 and slowly evolved into a 300+bhp A2 Pro class Toyota Sprint Series car,

I also got another ST205 whilst I still had the silver one

I broke the track car and sold the green to then buy an Evo 6 GSR

I've since sold the Evo and am going to view a new car tomorrow

What is the best was to tighten the top nut as when you tighten it I think the shaft is spinning with it too.

Also what is the torque settings for the coilover top nut? They are Hks hyper D's.
