Is spraying spraygrease on the top adjustable mount and underside of the mount and coilover a bad thing to do will it perish the rubber or anything? Or is it ok to do?

Is it ok to spray speaygrease on the top mount and spring and adjusting coils to make sure they never seize? The comma spraygrease can not perish and damage the top mount rubber can it? Cheers
