I have put extra parts in parcels for people and always tried my best to help others in the starlet community

Its not cling film its shrink wrap i use it on all items then either boxed or have cardboard around them like they were when received to him, so dont try be a smart arse and ask all the other load of people who have received parts from me how there wrapped, i received them back in a box with out any wrap just bits of carboard, i told him they looked fine fitted as seen and another member who was at mine a day before removed even said that, its irrelivent how they were wrapped when i sent them as they did not have a smashed lense when they were opened in ireland,

They only refunded me 64pound sterling I never got my 50 pound deposit back..if you got all the stuff back you sent me..albeit one broken why are you tryin to claim money off me..surely 50 pound will cover it.

I actually rang PayPal tryin to find out why I hadn't been refunded the 50 pound and the guy said because it was a deposit and its in the terms and conditions or whatever..he said you were disputing me sending the stuff back he never said anything about parts being damaged..

I will get every thing up from paypal tonight, there was two disputes from you, the 1st it says you received back the second for 64 odd i disputed back and i messaged nick because hes a personal friend and i did not use ukso after i sold the parts from the car, how paypal say they had no replys when its been all month im firing laptop up now

And the lights were disputed as damaged hence i had to fax them the paypal questionaire on the dispute and upload pictures of the damaged lights

On may 24th I emailed after just getting home to open the lights (they arrived a couple of days previous)you said in your email that you took extra time to wrap up securely as they were lights..they were wrapped in clingfilm and a flimsy box.i said the parts weren't complete,you said you would chase it up..june 2nd you said they were found I asked for a tracking number..you have never replied to me once since then I've emailed and pmd you.you were online here several times to see you chose not to reply.

Original deal was 3 quadlights,2 indicators,1 grill,1 bumper carrier,

One headlight was damaged..but he said he had another good light unit with...wait for it..a broken lense..would I be ok to swap the lense from one to the other I said ye no problem.seems to me you realised you fucked up with spare light you had with a broken lense..i cant put a passenger lense on a drivers side unit so you just didn't send the light and grill.

And when i got the lights fron out my shed the dispute was already open so i uploaded the images to pay pal, there were 3 images uploaded on there and a questionaire i had to fill in to retract the refund and reopen the dispute from my side, would you like to see the emails from paypal and see if i can get all the messages considering every time i replied on the dispute, it said email sent to buyer (you) to which you never replied then a paypal represebtative reviews the case and the evidence and make the decision them selfs from the replys on there

When goin threw a paypal dispute get options

1 is full refund

2 is refund when item is returned

3 is something else

I did not sign for the parcel it was left in a shed with no note or fuck all saying it was there, get the signiture up if you want and that will show you.

Also no not supposedly the lights were smashed, there still sat in the same box you sent them in with the same bits of glass spread around thats smashed still in the box.

I would of resold them if they were now not useless.
