Car idles at 1500rpm when I start it, once its warm it'll hit about 1000. I've adjusted the idle screw but the car still does it?

Got a nice externally wastegated kit coming for this, a gizzmo boost controller then i'll be getting it mapped. Also discovered its on Tein Superstreet coilovers. Reckon they'll be getting changed for Meister R's soon.. -
