Key to any fitness goals is perseverance mate, just keep at it! Most legal supplements are a waste of money and in my opinion should only aid a top notch specific diet... If i had to say try any supplement, try ephedrine... You'll have to ask about to see who will sell it though, its not exactly legal... You should try and eat small meals regularly containing high protein, if fat loss is the aim then lots of veggies with your protein and only eat carbs when u need energy... Ie before gym, before work (if work is physical)... One thing that has always helped me shed more bf% is fasted card

Wish id taken a better before shot, the paint was so faded it looked horrible! White spots everywhere... And after 6 hours cleaning, tcutting and polishing and then a further 6 hours taking the glue from the side strips off (what a bastard!)... Im quite proud of the way it looks now...

I have 16s on mine 205/40/16 and they rub on full lock at the front and rub when people are sat in the back on the rears... If i hadnt of already spent the money on them, i would of stuck to 15"! (Y)

Spent 6 hours yesterday tcutting and polishing her, she is now red and not pink lol Before: After: Fitted, sub and 6x9s... Scrapped the corsa spoiler... Love the toms adjustable... So gunna save up for that!! Got mushroom filter, glanza skirts and front strut brace coming next week...

Yeh theyre 8" in length, 2.5" inside diameter so im guessing there rears then.... It doesnt say anything on the top mat, theyre quite worn... Lol

Got 2 lowering springs off eBay last week and they've come but now I've realised the listing doesn't say wether they're front or rear? Is there a way to differentiate between them? And before anyone says 'well why did you buy them', the answer is... I won them for £1.99 lol This is them, they're roughly 210mm

So picked the car up from mot yesterday, went from 760+ down to 320... Never ever take your car to a quicks garage! Been at work all night so im going to bed... But this weeks plans are: Clean in, out and engine Tcut Polish Debadge Destrip Pick up alloys (paint white) Order strut brace False floor in boot Fit sub in spare wheel well Paint rocker cover Well i say this week.. Depending on how many nights i work... Lol looking forward to getting these 16's on :-)

Just won these 2 sets of alloys on ebay... Which ones should i keep? These are 13" And these are 16" Both have good tyres and both are the same price? Opinions? Plan is to refurb and spray white...

We get a lot of tax searchers around where i live and cars are been clamped all the time... Would a note in the window make sure i dont get clamped do you think?

Thats what i thought... So looks like its going in the garage for another week... Feck!
