Painted my intake and exhaust heat shield with "Hammerite High Temp Paint" from Halfrauds. However it gives a matt finish:

BBQ paint should also do the job Think it might be gloss? not sure

Picked up a HKS filter from @chrisgreene1993. Gave the engine bay a quick clean while i was at it.

Next on the list is to get the glanza intake mani fitted. Any tips on tricks on this that i should watch out for?

Want to get the mani and rocker cover painted up before its fitted. Any suggestions on colour schemes?? I was thinking,

- Black mani, white rocker. (tie in with car)

-Or something mad, like a bright yellow or something.

i dont know what gains the 5e-fhe intake gets over the standard 4e-fe? Compared to a rolla or glanza mani. I have a suspicion it wouldn't be as much.

Still not 100% what the differences are, but it doesnt seem to make much a difference. Better with spending your cash on intake/exhaust mani and losing weight with the n/a

Looking good mate. Love that colour! Tempted by a set of those lights myself, i presume there is no reverse light however? (iirc they're not a requirement for MOT?)
