I have two decent tein rear coilovers here or a set of decent rear bc coilovers here aswell.
-
It's not too hard. The fogs clip into 3 round holes in the bumper. I just drilled 3 the same size as the clips and its working fine

Are you the lad who had the high comp 5e?
-
I also got a set of these. Great job and top seller!
-
Also bought bits from Nangle and it was so simple.
Pleasure, thank you.

I don't know how many dB it reduced but I used a bung and it made a massive difference.

Karl
What's the loom for ,?
Is that actually a full ready to plug in Glanza harness ?
That's Looks like a mega bit of kit
Phil
Yip, simple plug out your old standard ecu and then plug in a fully customisable stand alone ecu. No need for custom wiring looms etc

Great build Andy.

You have got mixed up. If you set your actuator to 0.8 and fully close the mbc you will get 0.8 bar of boost. If you open it slightly(assuming its a bleed valve) you will get 0.9 bar and the more you open it the more boost you will get.
Your best just using the adjustable actuator over the mbc

Also having the same problem at the minute. Anything over 2.5k the eml light comes on.
It's now alot harder on fuel and deffo doesn't run as good.
I'm hoping it's not the wiring but it most likely will be going by this and other threads.

there for sale on ebay, com around 150$
Deffo worth the money to save hacking up the loom!
Sounds great Ryan. Your getting there, what make is the external wastegate?

Karl top job mate on the V, I never liked silver ones because Silver and White were imported in unreal amounts to Ireland if it wasnt Silver it
was white haha.........there few and far between no and this my friend is unreal looking Silver V fair play bud as i said top job
Cheers lad!
Good strong light wheels
Not a combo to be sniffed at, really looking forward to seeing this out on track and hopefully at a few sprint events as well.
Phil
Hopefully get the engine threw together within the next month or so then get it fitted and mapped. A few sprit events would really put the car to some use
I like the new wheels, suit it better than the buddy clubs imo
I don't think I will keep them too long. I may go for some silver Japan racing wheels! Maybe jr15's.
Thanks but.

Bit of an update of parts.
I finally have all the bits to build my forged 5efte.
First off is the ecu which I'm not sure if I posted about or not. It's a wolf v4x from Tuning Developments
I have got my speedvision cams, blitz boost controller which I may just sell as the v4x can control boost.
New Wilwood brake setup with braided lines.
The innovate wideband will be fitted along with my exhaust when the 5e engine goes in to ensure fitment is perfect. I will be doing away with the stock exhaust flange and using a vband setup.
Also picked up a bride drivers rail, so is currently a bit of a botch job so this will be a good replacement.
I haven't got any pictures but I also picked up a fibreglass rear bootlid to go with my fibreglass wings and bonnet so I should hopefully save a bit of weight.
Next up is a cage and that's the car fully ready for the track.
I got my 74.5mm forged wiseco pistons from Tim at to developments who I would use again. Great service!

They are generally a very clean engine so I wouldnt bother. If it was a engine that wasn't serviced and full of sludge I wouldnt even bother running oil cleaner through it as you will end up blocking a turbo feed with sludge.
