The next question is- in these pics it shows that you can see right through to the oil filter from the front bumper- is there meant to be something behind the bumper? Because the oil filter and belts seem pretty exposed. If not then I'll probably make some sort of black mesh guard to help protect things.

Is there meant to be a plastic tray here to cover the engine and gear box etc?

So the service kit arrived last week along with a k&n panel filter and glanza 98 rear seats. The front seats should be coming next week all being well. I went to the garage and the car should be getting a good service and the exhaust sorted they're going to do a custom stainless and use the TTE tip so it should last longer than 5mins. I also got the car over the pit at work and it really does look tidy. I'll post pics up now as I've got a couple of questions.

I've got the front and rear seats but am after door cards/ all interior plastics. Cash waiting

Bit of good news though, I noticed the springs looked pretty new and non original- turns out they are a full set of Apex springs

Had a bit of a look under the car today, unfortunately found a lot of corrosion on the fuel filler pipe. It's a bit odd as the plastic pipe looks ok but there's a random very corroded hose section. Think I'll be ordering a new one very soon.

Yeh that's the one. Well the pic you showed says 85hp compared to 76 the uk cars put out. Im just not that sure about the Ecu maybe I would be better getting a piggy back and tweaking out a little more power along with the Corolla mani. I know they're only small gains but the cars so lite I imagine it'll make a difference. I've heard two separate tuners getting around 100 from them so not bad gains for the car really

I've got a pic of the engine bay when I had the car and it's running a dizzy. So that 4paw was running 10bhp more than my sr and it just had the Corolla inlet and Ecu sounds like decent gains to me

It's the later one- it's from my old 4paw and def had the Corolla mani. So it won't give me any extra power then? Here's a pic

Dan I've got the chance to have a 4paw Ecu- do they def use the different injectors and turbo inlet? As my 4paw had a Corolla inlet on it. I don't want to damage anything

Thanks mate. Yeh does seem pretty hard to come by and I can't see the plastics being easy source but I'll probably spray them and re trim the fabrics to match. I've got a load of stuff on order from various places so just waiting for it all to turn up! By the end of next month it should have: Late spec front and rear seats Crystal headlights All belts including oil, filter and water pump Custom stainless back box with genuine tte tail pipe Wind deflectors And maybe the plastics sorted along with a deep engine clean if I get time
