  1. If it goes pop it's an excuse to boost it! Good luck with the sale and gutted I'm no longer after one or i would have snapped it up. Bumpy bump
  2. it is a bit ropey with high mileage but you don't see many TTE back box's anymore. Would be worth removing the wheels and back box, cleaning it up and re-selling the car. it would probably fetch 2-300 and then you've got the nice bits for a bargain. i just havn't got any spare funds as my car needs a cambelt :\
  3. well i've got the bootlid and decals to convert it lol so even tempted myself
  4. Can't put the link up as i'm on my work computer. Just search Starlet on autotrader and it's white with black speedlines. Has a TTE back box too! I've checked to see if it's an SR but it comes up as a sportif on all insurance sites. Looks a little rough but might be worth it for the wheels exhaust and spares
  5. Here's the item number 111445916158 If this doesn't sell then it will go in to storage. Any questions then feel free to ask Jase
  6. It didn't meet the reserve... Obviously so I think ill list it on hear and hang on to it until someone wants it!
  7. Do you mean how hard is it to convert a fwd starlet to 4wd?
  8. I found out this might be coming up for sale when i went to pick mine up from him. Very nearly went for it but all the good bits have gone and i mean all. Good base for someone to put their own mark on it though
  9. To be fair it's got a completely new interior, new wheels and is now tax and tested. i just wanted what i paid, i could've asked more but thought ah what the hell Lets hope the v5 arrives quicker this time for the new owner!
  10. Lasted as long as me lol. Pleased you've freed some funds for your glanza though
  11. That's exactly what I had planned for it! But had to sell pleased it's in good hands though
  12. yeh you are lucky mate. mine used to use a little oil because it was forged but just didn't think to check when i picked it up! Wouldn't have had a leg to stand on if i went back
  13. Hmm sounds familiar... Sheered a two wheel studs on the gt4 and took it to a Toyota dealer near my army camp. The lad from the workshop didn't realise i was still there and was revving it like a prick so i went through to the back and tuned him in. Funily enough a day after getting the car back the engine went bang because it'd run dry! I checked my oil daily but didn't check when i picked it up. and didn't have a leg to stand on
  14. It is when I've got a little one on the way, just couldn't keep it. Absolutely gutted
  15. Well I had a PM offering to buy Cyril a few days ago and decided to sell under my new circumstances absolutely gutted! But I know it's gone to a good home. I'll let the new owner make themselves known!
  16. Similar experience 4 years ago! some lasses are abit mental- you give them everything and it just gets thrown back in your face! Shaun the advice is spot on... Did well not to go back there!
  17. So.... Bit of an update but not on the car! Found out last night that me and my lass are expecting a baby! V V excited but can see that kind of halting any immediate progress with Cyril
  18. Put the speedlines in for a refurb today with my local wheel guy they will be away for a couple of weeks as he's flat out but will post up some pics when I get them back, gone for gunmetal with a pearl glitter fleck.
