  1. I was thinking Orc, but by the time it's imported I dunno if I can justify the money, surely there's an alternative lol
  2. Yep a brand new spec with 900 miles on it, not sure what to do now clutch wise
  3. Right so I will be needing a new clutch as the teeth on my spec friction plate died and took the main shaft with it, I'm not sure what clutch to go for after changing the main shaft,as don't want to be going through this again. Not sure on buying another spec. What other options are there? Looking to run 270-280 on td04. Cheers
  4. Right so I have a fucked spec friction plate, I was wondering if I could use my exedy fast road friction plate with the spec pressure plate? Just a thought
  5. Cheers geeza, yeah it's a joke lol heard of it happening to a few people so it's not isolated!
  6. So the plan is, put my old exedy clutch back in with a new release bearing. And see how it goes. If it's all good il know it's the clutch at fault..
  7. So I dropped the gearbox today. And found this. The teeth inside the friction plated had shat itself. Spline shaft looks okay. Need to try and find the cause as this shouldn't happen after 900 miles of easy driving
  8. Yeah alright man, we shall see. Got enough spares to knock something up I think
  9. Right so I'm 99 percent sure my spec clutch has stripped the teeth of the input shaft of my oem LSD box. I have a c52 and a c56 gearbox with broken casings. Is it possible to swap the spline shafts?
  10. Had some issues with the car last night, it was getting very hard to engage and disengage gears, to the point it was undriveable. I was limping it home in second gear. Then all of a sudden something went. No drive to the wheels just a grinding noise. in the process of dropping the box.
  11. As above anyone in here, Glanza I haven't seen before, had the bumper cut wide open too
  12. New disks arrived today along with a new fuel filter, hopefully get them on this weekend

  14. Had mine 6 years, bought it at 70k miles and put another 80k in it and still ran sweet. Never put a foot wrong
  15. As above what's about? Preferably triple core but I'm open
  16. It's going alright to be honest Mate. The first few miles I was a bit anxious, had to fix a couple of oil leaks too. Just under 400 miles now and everything's all good!
